How to write correct order?

For positive and fast solving of order is necessary to describe correctly about what article you are interested in.

Rightly structured order should look like this:
1635 (article code) – B (colour) 5x five times (number of pieces)

When will get I ordered article?

Production and distribution of products are running under one roof, in Třebíč, number 159 Industry Street. As long as you have a before order closed, we will give goods in limited term. What it is concerning of orders during season we are covering after actual possibilities. Products are sending daily via curier service GLS.

Goods recurring

After civil code of law buyer has, during closing contract on far distance, right to withdraw from contract till 14 days after receiving (getting) order without any reason put on.

Procedure during returning goods:

  • returning article has to be unworn undamage with original labels as you took over
  • goods you will have to send till 14 days to our address together with copy of document and printed appliment about returning goods which you will find here
  • your money will be returned on your bank accountment

Law gives to seller possibilities to cut down rate part for available product damages. Even if seller has right to account customer expenses connecting with getting this article to origin status.

Exchange of goods

As long as you find that ordered product doesn’t meet customers requirement we will be glad to exchange it for you till 14 days from getting delivery of you.

Conditions of exchanging article:

  • article has to be unworn, undamaged with original labels the same as you got over
  • article send till 14 days on our address together with copy proof of payment and pressed application about exchanging article which you will find here
  • At exchanging article in the same price it will be done free of charge in case of difference this underpayment will be invoiced and it will be accounted common postal charges (postage).
Guarantee

There is guarantee perion of 24 months on all products.

Claim for refund - complaint

Even if we are producing article of the best quality and each piece leaving production has to come through detailed controls, it can happen that it will be necessary to claim for refund of article. In this case contact us on phone number +42073351249 or e-mail on address nicol.uhlirova@capu.cz. After that it would be able to solve individually complaint. But claim for refund is not taken for defects caused with unsuitable treatment.

How to take care of knitted products?

Washing in hands
Product is possible to wash in hand in lukewarm water maximally 30 centigrades. After that very softly to wring out and dry in horizontal position, the best on the towel.

Washing in washing machine
All products are possible to wash in machine only on careful thrifty program (wool, soft washing) which respects carefully washing (appropriate temperature and lower number of rotation at centrifugal force)

Maintenance or servicing cap with stones
To wash from reverse side (right side with stones inside), products with little stones need careful treatment. We recommend to wash in hands in lukewater (light warm) with minimal amount of wash detergent not to wring or spin – dry. After washing to pack into towel and water carefully to squeeze out. To dry slowly, spread out on blotting base ground. During washing in automatical washing machine change program for soft laundry without spinning-dry or wringing.

Pay attention, be careful, look out!
Washing in warmer water (more than 30°C) and long moving in washing machine is our product devalued knitwear shrinks and felts. Don’t dry our product on radiator or heating element. When heating will exceed temperature 30°c (and it is quite common) water inside knitwear will warn above 30°C and product will shrink with the same way as at inconvenient washing.
